Screening Call
A quick call with our recruiting team member to dive into your background, experience, and tech stack. It’s all about understanding how your profile matches the role you’ve applied for.

1st Technical Intro Call
Now it’s time to talk tech! One of our panel members will chat with you to assess your technical abilities and learn more about your experience.

2nd Technical Intro Call
In this stage, our Lead Engineer will dig deeper into your problem-solving, coding skills, and engineering knowledge. This may include live coding or discussing technical scenarios.

Interview Trial
Finally, we invite you to a 6-day paid interview trial where you’ll work on real tasks alongside the team. It’s a chance for both sides to see if we’re a great fit!
